Actually a lot of things that can be makes your blog get deleted by google, but there is one thing that a lot of bloggers don't know that the blogger blog can be removed automatically by blogger sistem. Ie, you write too many articles just in one time. So this thing can make your blog getting removed suddenly by blogger system
I have an experience about this thing, my blogger dasbor get locked automatically and my blog can't be accessed because removed suddenly.
One day I take some of free articles from amazines.com and I update it about 50 articles in that day. Tomorow day I take again from amazines 50 articles. After tomorow, again I take 50 articles and I publish in my blogger blog. Just for one week I can create more than 350 articles in my blogger blog.
After that I can't clicking a new entry because my blogger dasbor get locked automatically by blogger system. Then I receive a notification in gmail inbox that my blog has been marked as spam because I have been published articles too much just for one time. Publishing 350 articles just within one week is including a spam action. To enjoy with blogger blog you have to adhere to blogger policy.
